Ike comes with a wealth of real estate experience that predates his relocation to Nigeria over 15 years ago, coupled with a keen interest in the UK Market. In 2008, he successfully managed two bespoke brokerages, namely Trace Atlantic Limited and Caerus Strategic Development in 2012.

These brokerages specialized in catering to the real estate needs of prominent corporations such as Total, BAT, Exxon Mobil, Schneider Electric, Visionscape, and other reputable companies, offering invaluable experience in the corporate and commercial sales and rental markets within the Nigerian real estate landscape. This experience provided valuable insights into the Nigerian real estate terrain.
Driven by a genuine passion for the property market, Ike joined forces with Tseshe to establish RKG Properties, a collaboration deemed optimal for securing our position as a leading real estate brokerage in Nigeria.
